7. Late Payment Terms

In the event of a late payment on any invoice issued by 6STEP AU Pty Ltd, the Client agrees to pay a late payment fee in accordance with the following terms:

Due Date: Payment for services rendered is due within 30 days from the date of the invoice. Late Payment: If the Client fails to make full payment within the stipulated payment term, a late payment fee will be applied. The late payment fee is equal to 7.5% of the outstanding balance for each 30 days that the payment is overdue. Accrual: Late payment fees will accrue and be added to the outstanding balance for each subsequent 30 days that the payment remains unpaid. Notification: 6STEP AU Pty Ltd will send a notification to the Client when a payment becomes overdue, reminding them of the outstanding amount and the late payment fee. Payment Allocation: When a payment is received, it will first be applied to any outstanding late payment fees, and then to the principal invoice amount. Legal Action: Persistent failure to make timely payments may result in 6STEP AU Pty Ltd pursuing legal action to recover the debt, in which case, the Client will be responsible for all associated legal costs. Dispute: If the Client disputes any part of the invoice, they must notify 6STEP AU Pty Ltd in writing within 10 days of receiving the invoice. The Client’s failure to do so will not exempt them from the late payment fee.
